All maintenance is carried out in accordance with strict procedures. BS5839-1:2002 has introduced many new requirements and our procedures and paperwork have been updated as a result, and all engineers have undergone thorough training.

Our clients receive comprehensive paperwork and reports detailing all work carried out. It is this customer focus, expertise and attention to detail which is part of the company’s success.

In addition to scheduled quarterly or biannual visits, Trojan Safety Systems operates a 24 hour emergency call-out service, 365 days a year, for all its clients, for additional peace of mind.
