Our Design team produces thorough system designs and proposals to meet necessary standards and client requirements. These will usually be supported by CAD drawings, schematics and technical literature. Our CAD facilities also allow for production of design drawings, record drawings and easy fitted drawings for all current contracts.


The Sales Team works closely with the Project Team, ensuring smooth progress from tender and design to contract completion. An appointed project manager will co-ordinate and manage the entire electrical/mechanical installation, commissioning, testing, client training and handover, whilst a fully trained team of installation and commissioning engineers carry out the works with the minimum disruption. Subsequent system upgrades, extensions, additions and reconfiguration can be carried out quickly and efficiently under the guidance of the Systems Alterations Division.


Our proven ability to deliver a project from design through to quality installation, commissioning and handover through professional project management is unrivalled.


Our clients include Factories and Power Stations, English Heritage, Local Authorities, Blue Chip Companies, Schools, High street stores and other commercial, public sector and industrial companies.

All maintenance is carried out in accordance with strict procedures. BS5839-1:2002 has introduced many new requirements and our procedures and paperwork have been updated as a result, and all engineers have undergone thorough training.


Our clients receive comprehensive paperwork and reports detailing all work carried out. It is this customer focus, expertise and attention to detail which is part of the company’s success.


In addition to scheduled quarterly or biannual visits, Trojan operates a 24 hour emergency call-out service, 365 days a year, for all its clients, for additional peace of mind.
